How do I get updated information on your tours?
If you would like a hardcopy of our brochure you can always pick one up in our office, or we will kindly mail one out to you if you call (905-623-1511) or email and request one. Or visit our website, click on, “click here to view our brochure” from the home page.

Do we have to make reservations?
Yes- reservations are required on all our tours. You can simply call (905-623-1511) our office or drop in to make one, or email your required information .

What form of payment is accepted?
Lakeshore Tours and Travel accepts Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Cash and Cheques.

When is the final payment due?
Full payment is due at the time of booking for daytrips. For overnight tours a deposit is required at the time of booking and you will be advised when your final balance is due at the time of booking.

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes- all tour bookings must be paid at the time of booking. You can pay over the telephone with a credit card or come into the office and pay credit, cash, debit or by cheque or mail.

What type of identification do I need to bring with me?
For the Casino Trips- Valid government photo identification such as a drivers license or passport.
For Tours to the United States- Valid Canadian passport.

What are the age restrictions to attend the casino tours?
Passengers must be 19 years of age or older to travel on our casino tours in Ontario.

Will we receive our tickets in the mail or do we have to pick them up?

Daytrips: You will receive your invoice at the time of booking, if it’s a tour that requires an actual ticket, you will receive it on the coach.

Overnight Tours: You will receive an invoice at the time of booking. Complete tour packages are completed two weeks prior to departure and either mailed or called for pickup.

Emergency Contact Forms: Should be filled out at home before your tour and given to your tour director onboard the coach.

What if I would like to request a non-smoking room?
All hotel rooms on our tours are non-smoking unless otherwise requested.

Can I bring food on the Coach?
Yes- You are welcome to bring food and snacks on our tours within reason.

I use a wheelchair, is it ok to bring it on the Coach?
Yes- It is ok to bring your wheelchair/walkers. They will be stowed beneath the coach. Passengers must be able to manipulate the coach stairs.

What are the luggage allowances on overnight tours?
On Lakeshore Tours you are allowed to bring one large suitcase per person and one carry on bag per person.

What can I bring back duty free from the United States?

After 24 hr absence...C$200
--No Tobacco and Liquor

After 48 hr absence...C$800
Tobacco...200 Cigarettes or 50 Cigars or 200g of loose Tobacco.
Liquor....1.14L of spirits, 1.5L of wine,or 24 bottles or cans of beer.(8.5L)

After 7 days absence...C$800
Tobacco...200 Cigarettes or 50 Cigars or 200g of Tobacco
Liquor....1.14 litres of liquor or 1.5 litres of wine.

What does Single, Double, Trip and Quad mean?
Lakeshore Tours rates are based on the number of people that would be sharing a room. For example, if you were traveling alone, you would pay the single rate. If there were two of you sharing a room, you would pay the double rate, three of you sharing a room, you would pay the triple rate, and four sharing a room you would pay the quad rate.

Does the coach have washroom facilities?
All Lakeshore Tours coaches are equipped with washroom facilities at the rear of the coach. Washrooms are to be used for emergency purposes only. When possible it is recommended to use the washrooms at meal and comfort breaks.
